Offline motor testing reveals the condition of the motor’s insulation through low current non destructive DC voltage applied to the motor windings.

A motor with a low RTG is a liability.

Inductive imbalances can set up electrical motor vibrations.

Online Motor Testing

Online motor testing is done while the motor is running. (no need to unwire the motor)

Online testing shows how the motor is operating under load.

Voltage and current phase to phase, Imbalances, Harmonics, Demodulation, Inrush, Rotor and Eccentricity.

Thermographics

Thermography is the key to finding subtle problems.

Reactive maintenance (the emergency repair) is always 3 to 4 times higher than scheduled repair.
